Trevor arrived to us from another shelter in VT - he was going to be put down for "rawhide aggression". Being a huge chocolate lab fan, I vowed that I would save every one that I came across. Shortly after we heard about Trevor, I left for a week in France. I emailed every day to find out Trevor's status, everyday I got a shady answer. A week later as I was driving home from Logan Airport with a serious case of jet lag, I got a phone call from Shane telling me that I had to meet her at the local convenience store. I told her that I missed her too but could we please catch up the next day. She continued to insist that I meet her so, before going to pick up my own lab, I stopped at the Food Stop. I opened the car door and who came running to greet me but Trevor. Shane had picked him up as a “welcome home present”. He was just the sweet, happy go lucky boy I knew he'd be. Aggressive?, I don't think so. He and Willy Wonka got a long well and played and played and played. Trevor, now Sherlock met his wonderful new parents at Bark in the Park and now makes his home in Sachem Village. -BrookeWednesday, April 4, 2007
