Sam

Sam.

When Sam came into the rescue he was very sick. He was an older Rottweiler with brain tumors as well as a form of cancer common in dogs that are not neutered (subtle hint...NEUTER YOUR DOG) and we knew that finding Sam a home was a long shot. Sam lived in foster care for months, he had ups and downs. He spent time playing in the yard with the dogs when he felt up to it, and took naps in the shade when he was tired. Eventually Sam ran out of time, began to suffer and had to be put to sleep. It was a sad day for all of us to say goodbye to our friend Sweet Old Sam.
