Paddy

Paddy had a rough life. She was picked up as a stray on the run from what must have been a lonely life living outside. She bore the signs of a dog that has had numerous litters of puppies and weathered many storms. Through it all Paddy maintained her spirit. This big girl was all smiles and all joy. You knew everyday how happy she was to be living inside with our family.

Sadly when Paddy was on the operating table to be spayed numerous cancerous tumors were discovered in her mammary glands (SPAY YOUR DOG!). Paddy never woke up from her surgery. We never got to say good bye, but she knew how much we loved her, and that we thought she was the best and smiliest dog ever. We know the last weeks of her life were happy ones living in our house as a member of the family. -Shane
