Charlie was adopted by a wonderful family from CT. After he was adopted he was diagnosed with a problem from an injury to his foot. The procedure was very costly, and some people would have opted not to have it done, or returned him to the rescue but Charlie is lucky. His family had the surgery done by a well known orthopedic surgeon and have been taking the best care of Charlie since.
