Murphy had a couple of false starts after we rescued him from a shelter where he was slated to be let down. He was adopted and returned, but we knew he had found his forever family as soon as we received their application. Here is an update:

Sorry it’s taken a bit to get you these adorable pictures of Murphy with his sister Dory, our Portuguese Water Dog. Murphy and Dory became fast and furious friends and are now almost inseparable. Murphy quickly established himself as top dog bossing Dory around whenever he can but his younger sister doesn’t seem to mind in the least. The two dogs, only a few months apart in age, fortunately have equivalent energy levels and are constantly on the move playing. Murphy is an affectionate, kind dog and we are very blessed to have found him. We are so grateful that you saved him and gave us the privilege of adopting him; as you can see from the photos, he is now an integrated addition to our family and thriving.
